Charles Winters, M.D.

Dr. Winters joined Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists in 1989, and is one of the founders of the Spine Care Network, a service of Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists. He specializes in problems of the spine and general orthopaedics. He completed a spine surgery fellowship at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1989. He served as the Chief of Surgery at Biloxi Regional Medical Center (1994-95) and as Vice President of the Medical Staff at Biloxi Regional Medical Center (1991). He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Clinical Orthopaedic Society. He is a 1983 graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine.
