Position Overview

The Director of Marketing collaborates with physicians and other executives to make high-level decisions regarding successful brand imaging, marketing strategies and campaigns.  He/she is responsible for all external relations including media, community, sponsorships, events, and publications as well as online/digital strategy and content generation.

Essential Job Duties

  • Participate as a senior team member in a cohesive and constructive way resulting in senior team alignment, decision making and problem solving.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with outside referring providers resulting in increased patient volume, reputation management, and broader marketplace brand awareness.
  • Send monthly outside referral reporting and analytics to physicians.
  • Build relationships within the community and athletic departments at local schools across the coast resulting in increased patient referrals.
  • Organize and execute speaking opportunities/informational seminars for physicians with outside referring providers and community/civic groups.
  • Organize, plan, and execute Bienville Charity Classic Golf fundraiser event.
  • Order branded promotional items as needed.
  • Oversee and maintain website, intranet, and social media content and efforts resulting in high utilization of the site and increased brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain all print materials and signage for Bienville Orthopaedics and its affiliated companies.
  • Identify, plan, and participate in vendor conferences and health fairs and/or community events on behalf of the organization.
  • Manage internal marketing staff and outside contractors as needed.
  • Initiate, develop, and execute action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertisement or a similar field; Minimum of 5 years in a management/leadership position.
  • Combination of education and/or experience can be subject to negotiation.
