We’re currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist, reporting to our Clinical Operations Director. This is a float position, and travel to various clinic locations will be required.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact in an exceptional patient experience. Receptionists greet patients, oversee the check-in process, schedule appointments, assist with coordinating insurance benefits, collect fees for visits, and provide important discharge information at the end of the appointment.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in medical office administration highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, knowledge of health insurance industry practices and/or medical billing procedures preferred.
  • Experience with medical scheduling/billing systems preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency of electronic records systems preferred. Must have strong data entry skills.
